Audio uploads failing and H5P downloads returning 502 errors

Hello Lumi team,

I am also experiencing problems on app.lumi.education that are preventing us from finishing our online course.

Audio uploads: I cannot attach any audio files to Dialog Cards. I receive this error:
TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'file.mime.split')

H5P downloads: I cannot download my content as an .h5p file. I receive a Cloudflare 502 Bad Gateway error.

I have tested Safari and Chrome, as well as Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot, without success. My daughter experiences the same audio upload problem on a separate computer without a VPN. The audio files work in the Lumi desktop app, but not on the website.

I have seen another report here from teachers experiencing failed audio uploads and other editor problems, which sounds similar to what we are experiencing.

When I first encountered the problem, I even purchased an annual subscription, thinking I might have reached a limit on the free plan. However, both problems persist.

This is very frustrating: we cannot finish our course online, and the failed download prevents us from moving our existing work to the desktop app.

Could you please investigate and help us get back to work as soon as possible?
