Bug: Interactive Book results not reporting in Lumi Cloud despite submission

I want the results of my Interactive Book to be reported correctly in Lumi Cloud. Currently, even when students click the "Submit" button on the summary page, the results (especially quiz results) do not appear in the reports. This is happening systematically.
