Bug Report — Image Upload Stuck at 100% and Editor Features Disappeared Title: Image upload stuck at 100% in H5P Game Map, followed by missing audio/editor features Description: Hello Lumi Team, I am currently developing an educational interactive game using H5P Game Map in Lumi Education. The project is called “WATER QUEST – Penjelajahan Siklus Air” and is intended as a learning media for elementary school students. I suddenly experienced several problems in the editor. The problem first occurred when I tried to upload an image for the End Screen. The upload progress reached 100%, but the upload never finished and the image did not appear. After this happened, I noticed that some other editor features also became unavailable or disappeared, including the audio editor/upload option. I also tried creating a new project from scratch to check whether the problem was specific to my WATER QUEST project, but I experienced the same problem when trying to upload an image. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Lumi Education. 2. Create or open an H5P Game Map. 3. Go to the End Screen section. 4. Try to upload an image. 5. The upload progress reaches 100% but does not complete. 6. The image does not appear in the project. 7. Afterward, some editor features, including audio-related options, may disappear or become unavailable. 8. I also tested this in a newly created project, but the image upload problem still occurred. Expected behavior: The image should finish uploading and appear in the End Screen. Other editor features, including audio, should remain available and functional. Actual behavior: The image upload gets stuck at 100% indefinitely, and the image is not added to the project. Some other editor features also appear to disappear or stop functioning. Additional information: - Content type: H5P Game Map - Project: WATER QUEST – Penjelajahan Siklus Air - Browser: Google Chrome - The issue also occurs when creating a new project. - The problem prevents me from completing and editing my educational game. I have attached screenshots showing the problem. Could you please check whether there is currently an issue with the H5P editor or the image/audio upload system in Lumi? Thank you for your help.
