I created a GameMap and also a course presentation. Most of my students could use the drag and drops fine. However about 15% didn’t have boxes to drag to. They could see the terms to drag. This happened on Chrome and ipad. My students tried the chat bot suggestions below and none of them worked. I need a solution.

Browser Extensions & Ad Blockers: Extensions (especially on desktop Chrome) can block or break the JavaScript that renders H5P interactive elements.
Outdated Browser / OS: Older versions of Safari/Chrome on iOS can occasionally have drag-and-drop or hit-target touch issues.
Page Zoom / Accessibility Settings: Custom text zoom or accessibility font settings on an iPad or desktop browser can cause the droppable boxes to misplaced or hide entirely.
Since the activity formatting is correct, have affected students try a Private/Incognito window or clear their browser cache to see whether an extension or cached script is blocking the boxes."
