Hello Lumi Support, I am experiencing repeated errors while creating an interactive textbook in Lumi Cloud. The Drag and Drop activity on page 5 remains stuck on “Loading, please wait…” and produces this error: “TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'match').” The console trace points to H5P.getPath and h5peditor-image.js while processing an image path. Image uploads also get stuck at 100%, and downloading the book as an H5P file returns “502 Bad Gateway — Host Error.” I have tried uploading multiple times, but the issue persists. Hello Lumi Support, I have 5 background jobs stuck on “Waiting” in Lumi Cloud. There are 3 HTML external export jobs and 2 H5P import jobs. I have already logged out, logged in again, refreshed the page, and checked using a different session, but all 5 jobs are still Waiting. Could you please clear/cancel the stuck jobs from my account? Thank you.

I've done it 10 times I've made new h5p content 10 times, the problem is always that when I save it (I haven't finished working on it, I'm just afraid it will disappear) THE ADD SLIDE BUTTON DISAPPEARS. Then when I upload the background and the image only loads 100 percent but it doesn't appear. I've tried waiting for 2 hours but nothing appears. Drag and Drops Words Not working for some students on different platforms and devices

I created a GameMap and also a course presentation. Most of my students could use the drag and drops fine. However about 15% didn’t have boxes to drag to. They could see the terms to drag. This happened on Chrome and ipad. My students tried the chat bot suggestions below and none of them worked. I need a solution. Thank you! "Because this only affected a small group of students on specific setups (iPad / Chrome), here are a few common technical factors that can cause dropzones to fail to render or interact properly in H5P activities: Browser Extensions & Ad Blockers: Extensions (especially on desktop Chrome) can block or break the JavaScript that renders H5P interactive elements. Outdated Browser / OS: Older versions of Safari/Chrome on iOS can occasionally have drag-and-drop or hit-target touch issues. Page Zoom / Accessibility Settings: Custom text zoom or accessibility font settings on an iPad or desktop browser can cause the droppable boxes to misplaced or hide entirely. Since the activity formatting is correct, have affected students try a Private/Incognito window or clear their browser cache to see whether an extension or cached script is blocking the boxes."

Contenu Course Presentation disparu

Bonjour, j’utilise la version en ligne de lumni pour la création de module e-learning. Je travaille avec un modèle sur Course Presentation intitulé “Modèle de cours” sur lequel j’effectue des modifications et des mises à jour quotidiennement. J’ai pu avoir accès au contenu ce matin, puis à 12h GMT j’ai remarqué que le cours avait disparu soudainement de mon interface. Je ne l’ai pas supprimé. Je précise que je me connecte avec le navigateur chrome. J’ai regardé dans l’aide et voici ce que j’ai fait : Rafraichir la page, déconnexion puis connexion à nouveau, vider le cache de mon navigateur, connexion avec un autre navigateur (edge et firefox), mais toujours rien, ça ne marche pas et le module ne s’affiche pas. Je ne sais pas quoi faire, quelqu’un pourrait-il m’apporter de l’aide SVP ? Je ne souhaite pas perdre tout le travail que j’ai déjà fait dans ce cours. Merci beaucoup.

Drag and drop is missing dropping boxes and colours

The whole page is white and the blue boxes where you should drop the word are totally missing in Drag and drop. Alla you can see are the words you have typed.

Upgrade on Data Analytics

I love Lumi but the data analytics is not giving me the data I need. I also struggle to get to see any interactions or user data even though we have created quite a few H5Ps. I would like to recommend improvements thereof as it can help us through scaling at our institution and if it cannot, we will have to switch to a different provider eventually as we need the analytics.

Error, unable to load libraries

I installed Lumi Desktop app and it just has an error message that it is unable to load libraries. When I go to File and open to try to edit an existing file, I get the message “storage-file-implementations:install-library-already-installed (libraryName: H5PEditor.TableList-1.0)” I am a teacher and need Lumi to create and edit my course content. Please help. I should also point out my version. When I try to update to the 1.0.2 beta version, it says it is updating but then does not update.

I am trying to rezise an image used with a hotspot. The image is much too large for the pop up. However, when I attempt to edit the image, the image editor fails to load. How can I make sure the pop up images are at the desired size?

Daraufhin habe ich mich an Paypal gewandt und habe mein Geld im Verlauf der letzten Woche zurückbekommen. Jetzt habe ich am 1.9. und heute wieder Geld abgezogen bekommen. Ich möchte dass die Abbuchungen eingestellt werden und einmalig die 10€ zurückbekommen, da ich im letzten Monat kein Lumi Pro bekommen habe. Es ist erst seit 1.9. freigeschaltet. Ich bitte um Klärung.

Deploy Feature not working

When you click deploy on either of the two ways, genuinely nothing happens. The button reacts like you are pressing it with the reactive press icon but genuinely nothing happens. The console also shows nothing happening when the button is clicked. Please, I need these deployments online ASAP!

I have logged into my account just now and found all my video footage from in my deployments is missing. I can hear the audio but the screen is black. This is a critical issue for me.

For the past three days, the videos I’ve been uploading to YouTube and linking to in the Lumi Editor haven’t been working properly. There’s no sound, and the screen is black. This issue has also affected all the videos I uploaded to my free website, where I share videos with my students. What can I do to fix this problem? Thank you for any advice.

BLACK SCREEN

I am experiencing a problem with YouTube videos when using the H5P Interactive Video content type in Lumi. The issue started suddenly today. The exact same YouTube videos were working normally yesterday, but now the video area appears completely black. The important details are: The YouTube video loads and plays. The audio works normally. The H5P interactions also work normally at the correct timestamps. However, the video image remains completely black during playback. The video duration is detected correctly. The same problem happens with different YouTube videos, not only one specific video. The YouTube videos themselves work perfectly when opened directly on YouTube; both video and audio are displayed normally. If I upload the original MP4 file directly from my computer into Lumi instead of using a YouTube URL, the video image displays correctly. Therefore, the problem seems specifically related to YouTube video embedding/playback inside H5P Interactive Video. I also exported one of the affected projects as an.h5p file and uploaded it to my MoodleCloud course. The exact same issue occurs there: audio works, H5P interactions work, but the YouTube video image is black. Even H5P activities that I created and uploaded yesterday, which were working correctly at that time, are now showing the same black screen in Moodle. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Restarted the computer. Tried Microsoft Edge. Tried Google Chrome. Created a new Lumi account. Created a completely new H5P Interactive Video project. Tested a different YouTube video URL. Tested older H5P projects that previously worked. Tested the YouTube video directly on YouTube, where it works normally. Tested uploading the MP4 file directly into Lumi, where it also works normally. I also received an “Internal Error” message from Lumi shortly before this problem started. Because the same issue occurs with multiple YouTube links, multiple browsers, a new Lumi account, and also after exporting the H5P file to Moodle, it appears that there may currently be an issue with YouTube playback or embedding inside H5P Interactive Video. This is very important for my project because I am using YouTube as the video source to keep the H5P files small and avoid consuming a large amount of MoodleCloud storage. Could you please let me know: Is this a known issue currently affecting Lumi or H5P Interactive Video? Is there a temporary workaround that still allows us to use YouTube URLs? Is an update or fix currently being prepared? Will existing H5P projects automatically work again once the issue is fixed, or will they need to be recreated or re-saved?
