Error, unable to load libraries

I installed Lumi Desktop app and it just has an error message that it is unable to load libraries. When I go to File and open to try to edit an existing file, I get the message “storage-file-implementations:install-library-already-installed (libraryName: H5PEditor.TableList-1.0)”

I am a teacher and need Lumi to create and edit my course content. Please help.

I should also point out my version.

When I try to update to the 1.0.2 beta version, it says it is updating but then does not update.
