Upgrade on Data Analytics

I love Lumi but the data analytics is not giving me the data I need. I also struggle to get to see any interactions or user data even though we have created quite a few H5Ps. I would like to recommend improvements thereof as it can help us through scaling at our institution and if it cannot, we will have to switch to a different provider eventually as we need the analytics.
