Persistent Folder Management & UI Issues

The customer initially reported two folders disappearing after being renamed. Although the files were successfully recovered, the customer states that similar issues consistently occur when using the "EDIT" function (e.g., renaming folders, changing colors). The delete function for files is also reported as non-functional, hindering folder structure management. Additionally, H5P icons are not displayed correctly for new files, showing a uniform symbol instead of specific H5P types. These issues are significantly impacting the customer's workflow with the new design.
