restore file

My Lumi Cloud Course Presentation titled “Module 3” has become blank and cannot be opened in View or Edit. I downloaded the H5P package and had it inspected. The package contains 15 slides, but only slides 1 through 4 are complete. Slide 5 contains only its title, and slides 6 through 15 contain only background shapes. The package has only 6 images and 4 audio files. Please restore an earlier server backup of this activity from before the content disappeared. Please do not overwrite the current activity while investigating.
