View Content User State in Deployments

Add an option in deployments to inspect the user state of a piece of content via a magnifying glass action. This will give admins and educators a quick way to review saved progress, answers, or completion data for individual users directly in context. The goal is to make troubleshooting easier, improve support workflows, and provide better visibility into how deployed content is being used.
