Lumi Desktop Zeichen werden nicht angezeigt

Wenn ich auf Menü: File>Save as…,File>Save,File> Export… klicke werden mir keine Zeichen angezeigt. Es scheint so, als ob ein Font fehlen würde. Das Menü zu diesen Aktionen schaut wie folgt aus: Verwendetes Betriebssystem Zorin OS 18.1

I'm using Lumi Cloud to create H5P activities. My Multiple Choice and True/False activities save successfully, but both the View preview and published links display a blank white area. I tested on a Chromebook and a phone. Even a new Multiple Choice question with only two answers displays blank. Chrome Console show Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'Button') The stack trace points to question.js and multichoice.js. Could you please investigate whether this is a current H5P loading issue?

Ich versuche seit ein paar Tagen, ein erstelltes Lernmodul bereitzustellen. Leider scheint keine Funktion hinter dem Button zu existieren, denn es passiert einfach nichts. Es lässt sich auch keine neue Bereitstellung erstellen. Habe das Problem sowohl in Safari als auch in Chrome.

Hello Lumi Support, I am experiencing repeated errors while creating an interactive textbook in Lumi Cloud. The Drag and Drop activity on page 5 remains stuck on “Loading, please wait…” and produces this error: “TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'match').” The console trace points to H5P.getPath and h5peditor-image.js while processing an image path. Image uploads also get stuck at 100%, and downloading the book as an H5P file returns “502 Bad Gateway — Host Error.” I have tried uploading multiple times, but the issue persists. I try to download h5p file but I keep getting taken to the bad gateway page error 502 - I’ve tried with two different h5p activities (branching scenario and course presentation)

Bug Report — Image Upload Stuck at 100% and Editor Features Disappeared Title: Image upload stuck at 100% in H5P Game Map, followed by missing audio/editor features Description: Hello Lumi Team, I am currently developing an educational interactive game using H5P Game Map in Lumi Education. The project is called “WATER QUEST – Penjelajahan Siklus Air” and is intended as a learning media for elementary school students. I suddenly experienced several problems in the editor. The problem first occurred when I tried to upload an image for the End Screen. The upload progress reached 100%, but the upload never finished and the image did not appear. After this happened, I noticed that some other editor features also became unavailable or disappeared, including the audio editor/upload option. I also tried creating a new project from scratch to check whether the problem was specific to my WATER QUEST project, but I experienced the same problem when trying to upload an image. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Lumi Education. 2. Create or open an H5P Game Map. 3. Go to the End Screen section. 4. Try to upload an image. 5. The upload progress reaches 100% but does not complete. 6. The image does not appear in the project. 7. Afterward, some editor features, including audio-related options, may disappear or become unavailable. 8. I also tested this in a newly created project, but the image upload problem still occurred. Expected behavior: The image should finish uploading and appear in the End Screen. Other editor features, including audio, should remain available and functional. Actual behavior: The image upload gets stuck at 100% indefinitely, and the image is not added to the project. Some other editor features also appear to disappear or stop functioning. Additional information: - Content type: H5P Game Map - Project: WATER QUEST – Penjelajahan Siklus Air - Browser: Google Chrome - The issue also occurs when creating a new project. - The problem prevents me from completing and editing my educational game. Al subir el audio (mp3 o wav) recibo el siguiente error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'split') Estuve trabajando bien en otros ejercicios usando esta misma función y no había tenido inconvenientes. “Lade hoch, bitte warten” - läuft ohne Ende … kein Hochladen von Bildern möglich (< 300 kb). Der html Export schlägt, egal mit welchem Browser, immer fehl. So kann ich nicht arbeiten!!

Bonjour, je travaille actuellement sur la création de modules e learning, impossible depuis ce matin d’exporter en SCORM mes vidéos interactives, activités etc. Certains bugs persistent aussi quand à l’importation de vidéos pour les vidéos interactives. Audio uploads failing and H5P downloads returning 502 errors

Hello Lumi team, I am also experiencing problems on app.lumi.education that are preventing us from finishing our online course. Audio uploads: I cannot attach any audio files to Dialog Cards. I receive this error: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'file.mime.split') H5P downloads: I cannot download my content as an.h5p file. I receive a Cloudflare 502 Bad Gateway error. Cloudflare Ray ID: a45ca663ae98bebd I have tested Safari and Chrome, as well as Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot, without success. My daughter experiences the same audio upload problem on a separate computer without a VPN. The audio files work in the Lumi desktop app, but not on the website. I have seen another report here from teachers experiencing failed audio uploads and other editor problems, which sounds similar to what we are experiencing. When I first encountered the problem, I even purchased an annual subscription, thinking I might have reached a limit on the free plan. However, both problems persist. This is very frustrating: we cannot finish our course online, and the failed download prevents us from moving our existing work to the desktop app. Could you please investigate and help us get back to work as soon as possible? However, for the past few days, we have been encountering several issues: image uploads stall at 100% without actually completing, navigation buttons have disappeared, audio uploads are failing, drag-and-drop settings are malfunctioning, errors occur while creating games, and so on. Hello Lumi Support, I have 5 background jobs stuck on “Waiting” in Lumi Cloud. There are 3 HTML external export jobs and 2 H5P import jobs. I have already logged out, logged in again, refreshed the page, and checked using a different session, but all 5 jobs are still Waiting. Could you please clear/cancel the stuck jobs from my account?
